Town of Bluffton, The Don Ryan Center for Innovation, & Dolnik Properties break ground on the first of three buildings dedicated to economic development efforts in Buckwalter Place
What: Groundbreaking of the first of three economic development buildings in Buckwalter Place. These buildings, located near the Bluffton Police Department, are dedicated to the Town’s economic development initiatives of “providing innovators, start-ups and small businesses a place to land.”
The first building will house The Don Ryan Center’s for Innovation (DRCI)’s second location. DRCI, the Town’s economic development department, will feature a “Landing Pad,” for starts-up and businesses interested in locating to the greater Bluffton area as well as offering co-working spaces.
The first building will also include a childcare center, and flexible, rental space for businesses.
Where: Parcel adjacent to the Bluffton Police Department (101 Progressive Street, Bluffton)
